It’s not often that I get to photograph newborn multiples, and this set of twins was my first set of boys!  They were about 4 weeks old, and I did not expect them to still be sleepy (most babies are wide awake by a month old, which is why I try to aim for about 2 weeks old).  One was very sleepy, and the other was a bit more wakey-wakey, but we had a great session!

Inniswoods Metro Gardens in Westerville, OH is one of the locations that I photograph in all the time.  What I really like about that park is the variety of scenery that they have, the beautiful flowers, (and the lack of a playground which is otherwise a distraction for kids!).

I met this family to do their little sweetheart’s 1 year photos there.  She has some of the prettiest eyes I’ve ever seen!  And her little top ponytail is so cute!

That was my great-grandmother's chair... I use it as a prop all the time. It's too cute!

This adorable little guy is on my baby plan, and so his mom brought him in to the studio for his 6 month photography session.  Isn’t he precious??

He wasn't quite sitting up very well yet, but he did great leaning on my small pedastal

We got him to sit tripod-style for just a second. Look at those adorable pudgy rolls!

He was loving the baby bathtub!

The bear is cleverly positioned to hide baby boy parts. I love his little tongue sticking out!

I had a wonderful session with this little girl for her 2 year pictures at Inniswoods Metro Gardens, in Westerville Ohio.  She is such a cutie patootie!  She is also a very active little spitfire with a mind of her own (not that you can tell from the pictures).  I have some children’s furniture props at the studio, and a lot of times I’ll take some of it to the park because it keeps the little kids contained and interested in something new (for at least a minute).

That is my garden bench in front of the rose garden at Inniswoods. I love her expression!!

She thought the bouncy bridge was so much fun! This was a split second capture from her running across it.

She was loving the little chair I brought to the park. So cute!!

The water table was empty of water, so she thought she should climb on it. That's dad keeping her from falling off!

I love taking active kids into the herb garden, they can usually be contained for a second right there.
